Nothing you can do except support her. Give her a reason to listen to you. If you criticize her or make it obvious you're on your parents side she will not trust or listen to you as much. You need to make hr believe you support her decisions, which in time will help her realize you don't support ALL of her decisions and she will try to shape up.

im exactly the same age as your sis and i start my senior yeat tomorow. i guess im pretty healthy (im fucking ripped niggah) and i play sports. I smoke. not like a fucking pack a week. not even a pack every month. but i tend to smoke sometimes in social events or just cause i got nothing to do (started like early summer cuz i was bored :P) but im sure when school starts and you get her to read what im saying she will stop cuz she will have shit to do.
