Broken Headset

One of my earcups doesnt have any sound cuz the cable got pulled alot or something...
it been like 1 year 3 month, can turtle beach repair them for me for fees or something? can i repair them myself? or i should buy new ones

This is what I do when my headphones gets messed up or something. I go buy a brand new one, and just put in the old one in the box and return it and keep the new one.

Let me clarify if you honestly dont know what is going on.

You buy a new headset of the same exact model from a brick and mortar store, preferably with cash.
Take the new one's out and stick your broken set into the box. Take the box and the receipt back to the store for a full refund.

stores here dont accept shit after 30 days past... and after 30 days u need to send it back to the company but my warranty is over so the store wont do shit

oh wow, i actually see alot of ppl doing it here... the prob is i dont have the money and i need to go with my parents to buy me a new headset and i dont think that they will let me "steal".. anywayz ima give it a shot

Edit: but since the package is opened what do u tell them? like i dont like them or they arent comfortable or what?

Most of the time they have a no questions asked policy, just choose a store like walmart or something where they don't have a policy against open box items. The most you'll be out trying this is paying a restocking fee.

I bought it from Future Shop its an Canadian Best Buy and most of the time they ask why u are returning it... ima just say they arent comfurtable enough or sound isnt clear

That is why I like to keep my stuff looking new.
