Well I'm pretty much going to make a booter out of VB.NET
There'll probably be a free version, which hits but not as hard as the paid version.

[x] Skype Resolver - Broken, Need a new API resolver
[x] CloudFlare Resolve - Not API, built in through VB.net
[x] Boot - Booting time = 120 seconds
[o] Shells - 0, need some more
[x] Friends/Enemies List

[x] Logger/Logs
[x] Updater
[x] Shell Checker
[x] Contact Us
[x] Mac Theme

however, i have two questions.
How does the login work? (like is it stored in a sql database or something? or is it all local?)
and would i be able to get the theme? i absolutely love it.

Sorry, I've been away, no, you won't be able to, its very private and custom coded.

Free version here: Yes, but might need to check the code
About the theme: Pretty sure you downloaded the class from somewhere. Seen similar ones, everywhere.

definitely won't have a paid version here. I will provide the code for the moderators to look at, but will censor sensitive information, liek the login info and etc
as for the theme, its not really a .vb class file. its basically just coding (about 10 lines)
