Help with korean NGM (for korean warrock)

i get this message when i click play for warrock
I just created an account and i logged into it on the korean warrock website but it wont let me run please help

i dont know how thats why i am asking for help ): i get to the nexon game manager login i log in then it goes to the little mp3 looking thing where you can switch between korean warrock korean combat arms and the other korean games and i tried playing the other korean games and some work and some have the same message pop up but basically when i click play on korean warrock that message pops up then i press the button and it takes me back to the nexon game manager . thats pretty much all the details i can give besides i created and account on the korean warrock website but i dont know how to verify after putting the kssn and name in it takes me to a site called siren21 and i think u have to put in all your info and verify by phone (thats what ive heard) but im not sure but i can still log in onto the account on the korean warrock site and it says i logged in and has my username and says im level 1

it tells that you need verification process. you need cell phone that is registered by the KSSN you typed... and it means you are fvcked now...
