Need help with black band ingame

First of all some screenys


Can't set it to wide, becuz my pc does not support that resolution :s so that the largest i can get

PROBLEM:


Black bands on EACH side of my screen. not only left but also at the right side.


i got an win7 64bit system.

My resolution of my pc is at the HIGHEST level.

180x1050

i hope that someone can help me, thx anyway
