I heard playstaion making a debate on the price, saying people dont like paying 400 bucks for a console. so they might make it cheap? i doubt.
and controllers are gona be HELLA EXPENSIVE

From what I hear it's going to be around 400-500$ and maybe 600$ at the most when the ps3 came out it was 600$. But I don't really have a problem paying 500$ ps has been really good at making sure there shit works for a long time I still have my ps3 when they first came out and it works like new still. Also the online is free and with the ps4 you can stream why you play to Ustream (fucking hate Ustream) but you could make money from Ustream if you get people to watch you're shit. You get so much more then the ps3 and it's also a blueray player so you don't have to go out and spend 300$ (I don't know how much blueray really is) on one.

From what I hear on the first ps4 you can play ps3 games but I'm sure when they come out with a ps4 slam or what ever it's not going to support ps3 games like the ps3 did with ps2 games. As for the pre-owned they want to put a stop to 2nd hand games because they lose so much money to places like gamestop witch gamestop will go out of business if they don't make good money selling new games only. I can see where game makers are coming from on that because they lose mils of dolls to that and some really good game companies go out of business because of it.

I'm just happy they're using mainstream architecture. Means more games for PC and the PS4 (well it'll be easier to port games between platforms). Not to mention every other goodie it's loaded with.
