Things Needed
1.VB 8
2.Textbox
3.Two Buttons

Make The Text Box Multi Lined And Make That Buttons Named Start And Close

Double Click Start And Put This
Code:
        Dim SAPI
        SAPI = CreateObject("SAPI.spvoice")
        SAPI.speak(TextBox1.Text)

Now Double Click Close And Type Close And Type
