check the link in my comment that is actually what you want i made a simple suspender to add this link to a good one
you will have to edit the file if its detected by deleting the icon with peExplorer that will make it undetected or change the icon to be very safe
with it you can suspend ava and xem that will let you open ce and olly dbg from there its on you if you can find stuff of value
mine will suspend thins like 1w3mp i checked it with that it wont suspend ava i have work to do on it
the lone in the link will work flawlessly though the game will be paused like if you paused it with ce

Or you could use process blocker ^-^

But since this is probably something you made for fun, you should add something to block items with identical CRCs.
