Works for me.. simply running the bat - then running cod4 (Windows 7 64bit) CoD4 1.7

Is it patched now? I launched the .bat, then the iw3mp, and it says injected, but when the game starts it crashes.

Packing gives false positives. If it's released so long and hasn't been reported as a virus, trust me, it isn't one.
