Can't dream at all.. I can only think of one scene from a dream that I've been falling from a building and that was years ago.. Never had a dream after that..
I also had some nightmares that i couldn't wake up from.. like, I woke up and i can see my parents and everything but i keep having those effects like hearing noises and heavily breathing.. Im fucked up

I meant only sometimes I know I am. But every time it happens I try to wake up.. but it's like I'm paralysed and can't move.

When you're paralyzed .. try not to move and be relaxed ..
Think of what you want to do ..
Then you'll successfully go into Lucid Dreaming state ..
With full control ..
