How to buy or sell accounts but no one scam you?

If you want to buy or sell accounts without getting scamed make sure that u follow these steps:

- First buy from a friend u know personally ( if he have what u want).

- If u want to buy from people not ur friends ask for their home address they must not be far of u and ofcourse make sure the address is correct.

- Or u both go 1 place and meet there and then buy or sell and make him make sure that the account info is correct.

- Dont buy or sell to people far away from u.

- If u wanna buy accounts from far away places give that person a number of a credit card with the same amount of the money he asks(this one to reduce scaming not to not getting scamed at all).

-Or use OMM

At some times u must take the risk but i prefer not to buy accounts if these steps are not available.

I hope this reduce scaming day by day scaming increases cause people just take risks and then lose.
