MINI UPDATE!
Since it was taking forever to approve, I took the time to add an item spawner and cleaned up the GUI! (v0.6)
About:
This is a program designed to run the MMOEmpire Server v3 quite easily!
There is NO NEED to set up anything! This program comes with:
A portable, preconfigured version of mySQL ready to use
SWF Client for connecting
The server itself

New in this version:
- Built in error handling: Suggests fixes for almost all common errors!
- MMOEmpire Server v3: The latest and greatest!
- Account comes with premade characters!

This was coded in C#. It is not obfuscated and does not connect to the internet, feel free to decompile and look around.

YOU MUST UNINSTALL MYSQL OR TEMPORARILY DISABLE THE MYSQL SERVICE FOR THIS TO WORK!
THIS WILL MOST LIKELY NOT WORK ON NON-ENGLISH SYSTEMS

COMMANDS!

Spawning Monsters:
All monster names are cap and case sensitive! You can also spawn a certain amount of mobs with /spawnx amount mob
/spawn Oryx the Mad God 2
/spawnx 10 Cube God
/spawnx 20 Thessal the Mermaid Godess
etc..

Giving Items:
All item names are cap and case sensitive!
/give Staff of Someone
/give Robe of the Invoker
/give Quiver of Thunder
etc..

Giving effects:
All effect names are cap sensitive! You can remove effects with /removeEff Effect name
/addEff Invulnerable
/addEff Invisible
/removeEff Speedy
etc..

HOW TO USE THIS:
Open with WinRAR and exctract all files.
Run the "MMOEmpire Wrapper" shortcut. (TRY RUNNING AS ADMINISTRATOR)
Click on "Start".
If there were no errors, click "Start RotMG" and play!

Bugs:
Rotmg with Extra Features may not be able to connect! Still figuring out why...
Some text in the Advanced Log windows is red, just ignore it. (unless your server doesn't work)
Not running as admin will cause the server to not start properly. You must do so.
This will most likely NOT WORK on non-English operating systems.
The program cannot start mySQL properly if mySQL is already running on your computer.

Seems legit, but my operating systems is non-English and when I search for updates it doesnt appear language pack, and I never downloaded language pack on my computer, this is really weird. But anyway good job one more time Krazyshank you're doing great =)

It's in the Control Panel. Even tough my computer isn't English, it's English enough for the RotMG server.
Control panel>Clock, language and region. It will open up a screen, there you will need to set everything that you can to USA.
