Client Errors while glitching

I've been trying to glitch some maps and when i glitch them, i get a client error (i dont remember the number), on the glitching vids i saw, the people dont get client errors, so i want to know if there is any way to fix this, and avoid getting client errors when glitching

that may mean you got like suck in a wall an dtrying to walk thru it and you pushing or if you stay to long in a detected area ill upload a pick

Everyone Gets Client Error O.O Im Pretty Sure The People Who Made Vid Got Lots Of Client Too Try To Retry It.
