I would say, because of the comments, Use at you own risk. Some gets vacced, some doesn't. It's kinda wierd And there is always a risk when using hacks.

What he is trying to say:
HP Computers / laptops, has alot of different sound, lighting settings, and they are listed on the F5, F6, F7 and so on. When you press a Fx on a HP laptop, it uses the function, like turning down the sound level. So for a HP laptop to use this hacks function of enabling with the F9/F10, he has to hold down "FN" for it to work. Im not the best "explainer" in the world. And HP Laptops aren't very good...
