Right now I'm getting all chapters of the Naruto manga, so I have a lot of reading for this summer. I've watched the whole anime and I've been reading the latest manga chapters for some months now.

Have anyone here read the whole thing? Was it alright?

"All the other series moved on", implying that all anime/manga have the same exact goal to reach and they should all be carbon copies of each other, and Naruto isn't meeting that all-mighty "goal"? You're not making any sense.

Don't really see how the story has gone nowhere, but alright. What you consider nothing is what the rest of the world considers progression. Albeit a little slow, it's still moving.

Well the 4th war has taken double the time of the pein arc.....with little to show for it.

I recently caught up on the manga, I was like 100 chapters behind. What can I say about the 4th war? It sucks. It's pretty damn annoying at times, however I think the arc is going to end soon with last chapter (Madara is OP as fuck)

Looking at the manga from a non-biased opinion, it's 600+ chapters where Naruto fights baddies and then somehow wins after a big struggle. Typical shounen story with no plot-twists whatsoever and Kishimoto is trying to lengthen it out as much as possible. It's like Bleach.. with Ninjas. However I still find it somewhat good so I won't say I hate or dislike it, Kishimoto was doing fine at the beginning but now it's mediocre.
