Weird thing is happening

almost every time that im in-game, in the middle or the end of the match it just exit to the game-room and it look like this:



it never happend to me before, its happening only lately and way that i can fix it?

Same for me. And i lagged as shit in the game.. Was a long time i didn't play and finally i won't for now.. To laggy..
