Yes, there is...
Will it work in a RP server ? Yes it will, it will successfully change your-sided money value but the server will take it from a variable that is stored in its game mode and then saved somewhere (file, mysql etc)
So, it will work but you wont really have more money (and its impossible to do, at least i dont know any way to do this (maybe some packet editing, but i'd doubt about it too))

There is just one way, you must edit the packets , like a guy send you 10$, when you pause GTA and edit the money packet to 100.000$'s the server will take 100.000$ from the guy which is send the 10$, and you earn 100.000$ + 10 $'s.

If i did then we wouldn't be talking in the first place (packet editing isn't simple, it requires perfect knowledge to be of any use, and you need a few months of experience to even try packet editing, or else all you'll see is a bunch of numbers, codes, and unless you know what they mean then you can kiss your goodbyes to a hack, i'm telling from experience, it's not easy, i might try to go back to packet editing, but for now, i'm busy, instead, why don't you try to google and give it a try, maybe you'll be more successful than i was).
