hey guys i need help again with awp glitchs

hey i need help because in some privisous threads that i saw some guys said that i need to press my record key then jump them press printscreem(image) is it right

IS IT RIGHT?
AND PRINT SCREEN IS IMAGE RIGHT?
and do i add include frame rate overlay on screnshots?

You can also do it this way
1. set up your fps to 4 and lock it
2. go into a game
3. run towards the corner and jump
3. just before you hit the corner press record and that should lag to 4 fps
4. done your in
