GMod without CSS?

Can't find my files for it, but I remember being able to download every single file I needed for anything using the hlds/hlupdate tool.

It was most likely cscheater, they have all the gmod content including css, hl2 ep2 and ep1, and a ton of other crap

It wasn't though, it was the hlds tool.
Downloaded it from steam and had some batfile that ran it with a specific commandline.

That would work, too. You can use SteamCMD now, the hlds tool is outdated now.
