So not killing your own lesser wraiths makes it useful? Unless you're counter jungling, you'll always want to clear the camps.

played lucian for some games now, hes easy to play, iff you know what to do, and no a silence doesnt really matter that much, his damage output is good with or without skills. varus is also a champ that needs his abilities to put out more damage, but can also be an ass iff their off cooldown, same counts for lucian.
