When the thread is closed, we usually link you to the help thread or tell you that its located in the stickies. Maybe other mods and minions groom there members to be retards but I refuse to hold their hands and help them on every little thing. "noob" and "choobs" are titles. Has nothing to do with the individual person. Btw, you guys don't know what lenience is. We give so much leeway that its not even funny.

When a position opens there will usually be a thread or some form of notification..
You apply to the moderation staff of the section you want to help in.
