FTP Transfer Interceptor

I was Reading Up On Some Hackers Hacking into servers and shit, and One Managed to somehow intercept the FTP from the Server To The network its stored on and manged to add himself to SuperAdmin and Deleted allot of files (ex. Everyones Dupes, Dlls, User files, ranks, etc.)


So Would Anybody Know How To Do Such a thing like this, Mange to intercept all of the files being sent, If So Please comment either if you do know how, if you will release it to the public, or I would have to Pay for it
