No, it's only for you & it won't reflect to anyone..They can notice that you use WH, if you make it too obvious, tho..

It's should automatically enable itself.
Try again.
If you won't be able to get it to work, try to disable DEP.

Do you have 1.7 version?
Is DEP disabled?
