Read before doing business with ROTMG Vault

Hi all,
I recently became aware of some extremely troubling terms in their ToS, which you can find on their website.
Before you buy or sell to them, there is some things you should know about:


Refund Policy
Their ToS states that they don't have to refund if any of the following happens:
You are too impatient to accept our delivery time frame.
You decide you don't want or don't need the items after all.
Paypal puts a hold on your payment for review for whatever reason. In that case, you must wait for PayPal to release payment and your order will be delivered.
Your child used your financial information to place orders on our website. Protect your information better! It is not our responsibility, nor do we have the ability, to prevent such a thing from happening. Only YOU do and YOU are LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE for their actions.
You killed your character going commando into Oryx's castle, smashed your computer in a fit of rage, and refuse to play ever again (or any similar variation).

Now, that seems a little bullshit, but kinda understandable, right?
Well, if you were to keep reading, you would come across the Privacy section

Privacy Policy
Their privacy policy states:
ROTMG Vault will NEVER share your personal information with anyone else, UNLESS... you attempt to steal from us by participating in illegal activities. If you are involved in illegal activities such as credit card theft, obtaining goods under false pretenses, internet fraud, and general scamming then we will share your information with all interested parties, including the general public. By using our website, you agree that any information used in conjunction with theft or illegal activity will be made public and ROTMG Vault cannot be held liable for any damages you incur.


Now, I'm going to save you some time and put the pieces together for you:
They can take your money, refuse to give you the items, ban you from the website, and on top of all that, if you dispute the payment you'll get your personal information released on the internet.


Think before buying from them.
