Use locked items/weapons by disabling the check

This explains it simply how todo it.
Example done with the new dlc guns (Maverik)

when you change the jump you can't change the loadout, change the jump back to the original first then edit the loadout.

same method applies to backgrounds etc.

Continuing in my series of noobie questions (but I think I'm learning slowly)... do you have to do this every time or is there a way to make it save / leave the item unlocked. For example, I'm starting off with an easy one like changing camos to ones that are locked or even hidden.

This is only a tut "how to do", the adresses was just published. To answer to your question: No, after you have the right adress no need to do this again, so when you launch the game and before to enter in lobby (or will reset your class in use) change the value with CE and close it, then until game restart will fixed...
