Would you be able to do a Vouch Copy?

btw, Metabanks are tricky to use when verifying a PayPal. I've heard several times over that it's not possible to verify via a Metabank. I have also attempted myself to use a Metabank, but was unsuccessful.

just one question... my paypal verification process is almost complete ..... but im stucked at card verification step, i have a debit card and paypal is not accepting it so can i use a vcc to verify my paypal acc ? and will paypal work in future if my vcc expires ?

You need to use a vcc that have money inside. I am able to help you with my services. And PayPal will still work in future.

Does the Pre-verified US account have both a VBA and VCC on it? Or just a VBA.
