    Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop,

    download the wdexpress_full.exe ,(not iso thats or CD , and thake 200years to download.. if u want to compleet it today download the .Exe format..

    Do you guys know why that works ? I do !
    When you install VS 2013 Express, you're also installing some C++ Dll's, so the dll's that were missing will be replaced for the ones on the VS 2013 Express Pack !
