file is corrupt

i have been downloading some .rar files off mpgh lately and i find pdf files in them. when i try opening the pdf, it says the file is corrupt. i have tried downloading a rar repair program, but the .rar files don't show. any suggestions?

not sure if this is a joke or not, but can you please be serious about this? i don't think i downloaded anything harmfull. it was a .rar with pdfs on learning c++

I don't know what to tell you then, as I have not run across this problem before. Sorry I can't help more.

I get this when trying to download some stuff too.
Just keep re-downloading the files and you'll get a working one eventually.

It's not the file that's corrupt. The file that the server sends out is. You're bound to get a working one eventually. I know from experience.

If the download is interrupted then you will encounter this issue. Be sure to have a stable connection whilst downloading.

I just downloaded several .rar files from MPGH. None of them had any issues.
