Why are they so cheap? I have seen other threads on this site where people don't understand the point of alternate accounts on Minecraft. I will explain. These accounts let you play in game, but they do not let you change passwords, skins, etc. because they are owned by someone else (the original account creator). Though it seems stupid to buy an account that you don't have full access to, they can be useful in many ways. Such as:
- Getting more power for your Faction on Faction servers to claim more land.
- A cheap solution for people that don't have a Premium Minecraft account.
- Betraying on servers such as Factions.
- Getting on a server that you are banned on.
- Much more...
Remember that it is your choice to purchase an account. So if you don't want to buy, ignore this post.

Disclaimer:
If you buy an account you won't be able to do things such as changing this character skin and changing the password. This is because if you log into the account given it will ask for a security question. Though you don't have full control over the account, it is still a good deal and works in game.
