Well shit, i'm pretty sure i downloaded the latest avaiable version of flash from their official site and installed it, still getting a grey blank screen though, any other idea? O_o

That is a Cronomancer skill that some trolls use to make the bots stop doing the quest make the botter players follow the monster to the edge of the room.
The best way to fix this is using Master Ranger class, since his auto-attack is long range.

James took out the Shop Loader funcition from his trainers some time ago, since AE decided "patch" it.
So, it won't work on this version.
