New materials and textures inventory hack

I am getting the error "Steam must be running to play the game" when i launch after adding the iphlpapi and the .lua script to the folder. when i remove them the game runs.... newb here

Try updating the .dll file (where did you get it?). Else, verify game cache. It should work.

Also, how did you add the .lua script? As keybind?
