Garry's Mod hacking problems [NEED HELP FAST]

Hello everyone I know this is kinda a noob post but i do need your help if you can help

Okay so basically the problem is this: Once i load up my Garry's Mod i am able to see people in servers and join them, but once i load up Cheat Engine or Inject a DLL into my game i am no longer able to see the player lists or even join the servers.
if anyone can help i would be very happy!

Don't use cheat engine to inject dlls, use extreme injector 3.3 and make sure the dll you are injecting is not corrupted

Your DLL might be corrupted then.

What dll are you using, and what are you trying to do in cheat engine? You most likely have a corrupted DLL file.

Thanks everyone for the help i figured it out. The problem was that my firewall was blocking it :P
