Yes - you can create a symlink (symbolic link) which is sort of like a shortcut, but programs see it as the actual folder. Open up command prompt as an admin and run this command:

mklink /d "C:\Program Files\Steam" "Path\To\Steam\Installation"
(Replace the second path with where you installed Steam)
For gerassss, it might look like:

mklink /d "C:\Program Files\Steam" "E:\Steam"
(Not sure if that's actually where Steam is saved for you gerassss)
After relaunching RoboHacker, it should find Steam without a problem.
