Durant is a great player. In my opinion he outruns any player in the Spurs. He can shoot, drive, defend, get a clutch shot - everything. But what will make him better is if he gets stronger. He's pretty skinny in my opinion. He should do what Bosh did a few years ago - gain 100 pounds and get more buffer.

Spurs for the win.
#Blazeislosingthebetandgonnabemybitchfortheweek.
OKC will WIN.....FOR SURE no?
Spurs big three: Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker, Tim Duncan
Heat big three: Chris Bosh, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade
Thunder big three: Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Serge Ibaka
Celtics big three: Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen (maybe Rajon Rondo)
I love how my bracket was spot on, except for them Heat, but it was made before Rose got injured. /waw
You mean the same team that became champions without him or Bosh? Yea, really bad. Durant is the leading scorer for two years in a row, and is better than Lebron.
When Thunder shut down Heat in the finals, it'll all be obvious.

The big three aren't about defensive or all round players, they are people who score. Durant, Westbrook, Harden are the leading scoring trio in the NBA.
--edit--
I just realized how stupid "the big three aren't about defensive or all round players, they are people who score." but cant find the words I really mean at the moment, disregard it.
Just I don't think Ibaka should be part of the big three when you consider the overall contribution of Harden vs Ibaka.

BRING BACK BT, BRING BACK SAGA, BRING BACK VF, BRING BACK MPGHCRAFT, BRING BACK HABAMON
Don't mean to start a fight, but Durant has a better team, Miami had Shaq. And at that time OKC wasn't as good as they are now. If you look at the team now the only good role players are Chalmers, Miller, and Haslem.. It's a 5 man team. And scoring isn't everything, Lebron is a better passer and can grab more rebounds.
EDIT - Also look at OKC-
Durant(best scorer in the league), Westbrook(top 3 guards in the league), Stefelosha(amazing defensive player), Harden(6th man of the year), Perkins(Great defensive presence), Ibaka ( Highest Blocks per game), Derek Fisher (5 time nba champion...)
Nick Colinson (Not really good, but amazing efficiency)
plays 20 mins shoots 64 % from field. grabs 3-4 boards. low turnovers.
Where Miami
Lebron. Wade. Bosh(injured for now may come back later)
Haslem is a great midrange shooter.
Chalmers is good at times.
Miller shoots 3's good.
So yea Durant has a better team. Also OKC isn't going past spurs.
Spurs from West, Miami from East ( Boston's my fav team, but Miami is obv better)
From there on i can't really tell what's gonna happen.
What's your MSN?
We can fight on there

Lebron > Shaq and throw in Bosh, sounds like a better team to me. Durant covers like 40-25% of his team's points, he isn't exactly a duo with Westbrook, unlike Lebron and Wade. In 2006, thunder didn't even exist, it was the supersonics, which was an entirely different team, so I don't see your point.
I could pull up stats on the starters and for Heat and try to say how their team is good, and discredit the Thunder's players and go on about how Harden and Westbrook and Durant are basically the entire offensive team, and Fisher rarely making even 10 pts a game, Stefelosha not even being relevant till covering Kobe, but that's not proving anything. Heat could have won more championships without Lebron, Thunder couldn't without Durant.
If you think OKC is going to lose to San Antonio, you're straight tripping.
Clean sweep of last years champs, almost clean sweeped the strongest team of the last decade and a half, winning all game against the Spurs till the 4th quarter, etc. I use to be a huge fan of Duncan and the Spurs, but they are an old team, and aren't exactly relevant anymore, and getting to the semi-finals with an easy bracket isn't that much of an achievement when compared to how stellar the Thunder performed against the better team.
I don't really like to argue because it's essentially a waste of time, but my MSN is on my profile. We can agree to disagree and watch the western conference play out to prove our points (and of course the finals when the Thunder beat the Heat (HAR HAR)).
BRING BACK BT, BRING BACK SAGA, BRING BACK VF, BRING BACK MPGHCRAFT, BRING BACK HABAMON
OKC isn't making it to finals

That was only in one series, if you look at lebron in cleveland, and his other games, such as 17 points in the fourth against new jersey, his fourth quarters against boston while he was in miami, he took the celtics out alone.
