Einige schreiben hier man soll die HardwareID ändern, andere sagen die MAC-Adresse ändern, andere sagen man soll die Xigncode Files löschen..

Könntest du mir sagen was man da jetzt machen soll?

0x019100C is a MAC address ban so you need to change your MAC address, every other "solution" won't work.

I wouldn't use it on an account like that. Since you cannot get some of the items without this cheat it will leave a permanent trace on your account showing that you bought an item that you normally couldn't have bought.

Does it matter on which accoutn you're using it? I mean, if you use it in a new account, they'll ban all of your accounts right?

create a new account from mobile phone with mobile data no wifi and use your hack with wifi hotspot from another pc or laptop
