whenever i go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0 wheni go to vc all i find is vcpackeges and in that folder is 1033 i cant find the program cl.exe wtf someone please help me

Visual Studio should be installed properly, dunno what's causing this... Looks like other people are getting this error as well.

EDIT: Oh god, I'm an idiot... Downloaded a slightly diff. version of VS2013 that your link took me to. Well, I just googled everything and it works now... Hope everyone that has this problem get's it solved since it's a very dumb error

Ahh calm down , a vac ban is a perm ban . This is a ban that an Overwatch gave you because you obviously ''raged'' or showed that you hack . Try to not show it so much and play more ''clever'' .
