can some 1 help me i do all they say but when i run photoshop Cs4 its say ''Unable to find msvcrtd.dll Blah blah blag...''
And i do put them in my plugin file and not in any folder

NVM I FOUND THAT I HAD TO PUT IT IN PHOTOSHOP FOLDER NOT IN PLUGIN ONE.

i did this in vista 64-bit
since no one seems to be helping, ill help:
1) put the msvcrtd.dll & the MSVCIRTD.DLL files in:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 or C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 if you have the windows vista 64 bit version
2) put the DTXFormat.8bi file (it is the file that has a blue lego block icon) in:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Plug-ins\File Formats or C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Plug-ins\File Formats
3) now open Adobe Photoshop CS4 not Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 Bit)
for some reason it doesn't work in the 64 bit version (at least for me it doesn't)
4) click file => open => choose the .dtx file that you converted from nexon type files to LithTech type files.

you extracted from the wrong .rez file. for example if you were doing pistol, you extract from GUNS_T_PV_Pistol.rez not GUNS_M_PV_Pistol.rez heres how the files work: GUNS(means its a gun)_T(means its a texture[meaning colors] if it was a M it means its a model[meaning its the 3d shapes of the gun])_PV(not sure what this means)_Pistol(means all the pistols are in this .rez).rez

so, extract files from the GUNS_T_PV_Pistol.rez files if you want to edit skins files with the T in it! GUNS_T_PV_Pistol.rez

EDIT: Could not complete your request because of a problem with the file-format module interface. (cs4 says that)
