Great guy and very helpful, his server is so far so good evne though I have only used it for few minutes, but his service is amazing, I haven't bought anything yet and only trying the free service and he was happy to explain everything, teamview to set up everything and probably spent 20 mins showing me around everything and how to make it look sleek etc..
