Just for clarification, this is hard unlock right? I just bought the so called RUT unlocker but it just can be saved as blueprint. I’m on a PS4 so I want to clarify first. Thank you.

Like everything else that can be used as an advantage above other players, there are small chances of getting caught. However me, personally, i've done this A LOT of times and my main account is still in the clear. So i'd say slim, however play it safe and dont mess with developer only/unreleased items. You'll be fine.
