using a different tool to hotkey but nice idea.

i manually added the firewall rules which is basically blocking everything out&in, then set up two batch files which are "ON.bat" and "OFF.bat" so set rules yes or no.
use the hotkeytool with admin rights for changing firewallsettings and let the hotkeys start the batch files. AFTERMATH tested and yes it works
