when i run join into a game and error appears : iwmp.exe (dunno ecxactly) isnt working anylonger... and when i try without it works and the day before i didnt had this problem..

I DO get that error sometimes, but is not frequent, like once every 2 days...

Try running as admin, changing some game settings settings (Like Video, CPU usage, etc) see if it works.

When I join games now.. I just get into HACKED games only.. That's it. I'm not VAC-banned though.. Because it would of told me .

thats the matchmaking system failing, becouse of your high k/d ratio.
reset your stats, play a few legit rounds, and rankhack your old rank back

ye :/ every match i join its always one hacker (and me xD) but many players are still using "the hack that cant be named" and its just aimbot and nametags.

Yeah, mainly is your high K/D ratio, try using EAM to make yourself something like 50000 deaths 30000 kills and you will join games with mostly noobs on it, on the other hand if you do 1000000 kills and only 1000 deaths, you will get on games literally full of hackers.
