Sorry for all the trouble guys....... The quest got changed after i slept.

If you get stuck at citadel, just go to battleon and restart the bot.(happens if quest turns in in citadel)Also, don't forget to use reject all drops with a whitelist, else you will suffer (use all the items in the (drops) menu in the whitelist(essence to be added if needed)).
