Make sure you downloaded the right version. Once you know if you have 3.8 or 3.8+, drag and drop it into the same folder. Don't delete any of the previous files.

I think you need to rake a look at the "auto reloging" option too, doesn't work! I think it uses same IP entries to log to the servers

So I just got home to try to open and use the new patches, but to no avail. The program runs, but anytime I try to log in I'm just stuck on "Authenticating Account Info..."

Any ideas?

EDIT: It seems to have fixed itself. Unsure if it was a network issue on my end or just me being an idiot somehow. Thanks anyway!

So I am lost to what I need to do to have my Grimoire working again, I tried to reinstall and nothing works, I've tried to drag and drop the patched version but I might have done something wrong. As of now I can't connect to any of the servers.

Hey! The file can't be downloaded likely because your antivirus or windows is blocking access to you downloading it. Try disabling these features on your operating system or browser and try to re-download the file.

I dragged the file and run it but it looks I still have problem with playing on any server.
