This is exactly right, Weight loss comes not only from your diet, You must Exercise as well. Eating Healthy and Moderating how much you eat as well as exercising will literally make you lose weight the fastests and healthiest, you will also be happier if you lose weight (if your overweight)

I believe you don't even need to have a diet plan either , you can stil eat mcdonalds etc depending on how much time you workout
diet plans never worked for me but i worked out a lot and yahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Wouldn't recommend only water fasting for long periods, unless you have supplements and vitamins which you will miss
