it removes your journal . you are safer ( im not 100% about that) when you change from hacked smurf to main .

1. your command does it only for the C: drive
2. you should warn everyone that it can cause VAC auth errors
3. I doubt anyone that's used a public cheat has gotten banned based on a USN journal entry

3 is false . 1. mostly of the hacks are in c so yeah .
