yes. I am a 4th year student at the university of florida and already have a couple jobs lined up after graduation.
Can I get a job without finishing my education
The fundamentals of programming are all the same. Algorithms, Data Structures, OOP, TDD, etc is all fundamental to programming. The language is just a tool, whether you learn it in Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or any of the other number of programming languages out there. Instead of focusing on a language to learn, learn the fundamentals first. Once you do it will be easy to pick up a programming language.
Some parts of the US have programming jobs the majority of which prefer Microsoft C#, Java, and Python, maybe PHP. In that order. C++ may be listed to filter out job applicants who are not hardcore enough. The paradigm in most IT departments is that software development should not be too technical. It should be very easy to find replacement programmers.

Yes, you will be able to find a good job. But I think the trend now is more on backend development and full stack. I would suggest learning Golang.
C++ is the hardest language in my opinion, but its worth the struggle if you enjoy programming.
I advise you to learn languages in school. Pupils should learn programming in early odes.
im learning c++ right now too man! so far its been an interesting journey! and just remember! there is a lot more ways to make money if you know c++. start a private cheat or something idk upto you man! goodluck!
