modding is dead. all good modders are simply sick of this section, i tried by adding some mods here and there.

my best buddy's account just got jacked by a complete douche.

MOTM did brighten up the section a little bit. but only happens now and then.

I don't even release anymore, and supposedly, I'm back.

you did, helped me by making my mods HQ.


and @DisturbedJr . if you regard the comments given by other skilled modders are complete thrash, then you have no purpose in texture modding anymore.

learn from comments, and not to diss them.

im not dissing them. I know what I'm doing even though I'm new. All they are telling me is "i dont like it. fail C+P. etc. etc." when i dont care if they personally like it or not. i made it for someone, and that guy likes it so i dont really care if anyone else likes it or not. and i dont C+P my text or images.

its ok to made this mod for someone, but in the process, you should learn something from it.

i simply replied to their kinda harsh comments that weren't true. I did learn something, when did I say I didn't? I learned everything I know in 2 days. I never said ur talking shit. i just said that their comments were false so i replied to all of them.

but ya so, do u see the difference in the mods

1. The black isnt to dark

2. I didnt put too many pic that distract the gun and the mod

3. the elements make everything flow together

hopefully u can u use this improve and get an idea from it, and i will be looking to see wat u'll be doing for ur next mod, good luck

thats good. i do mods good, just differently. I make it all black cuz i havent figured out the selective coloring part yet and i put more pics cuz i like it like that. my way and ur way are both good in my opinion tho.

Now that, is a normaly good mod.

i dragged an image from my desktop to the gun.

It's the same shit @_@...
That's is why we complain. (Dragging a picture from any source actually copies the image and pastes it on the texture, it's not like the picture you dragged was remove afterwards or something like that.)

its not like i can draw pictures, so how else do u guys expect me to have pics on the guns? and the guy i made it for does like it, and so does a few other ppl. i cant make my own pics unless u want shittier quality than this. >_>
Edit: and u guys arent really putting me down. also, even if no one said anything negative, I would still be looking up tuts and trying to figure out more photoshop stuff, as i am doing right now.

when adding a pic choose a pic that go with the mod, and once you find a pic that u like and that also fits, edit it. you change the appearance with filters and other stuff. no one is asking u to make ur own images, just make the images that u do use to go with the mod
