If im not mistaken there is no scripts or client folder within the res mod folder so do they need to be made or what?

yea you have to make them yourself

Also, how do you get to your client in res_mods? I saw some guy say you need to copy res into it, but that would take a hour or two on my computer. Please tell me there is another way?
