probably because of shit posture. remember to stretch the opposite way that your posture is bad at to get into correct form
Try yoga and stretching the your hips! And the posture is very important ! Keep your back straight

i've got a friend who got back pain too, you just have to relax and go to the gym more rare !
This pain really bothers sometimes. To heal it I use some yoga exercises every morning and some training like stretching for back and legs. It helps for a little and pain is not so strong.
As others have said in this thread, stretching is a great way to relieve back pain. Getting into a routing of doing daily stretches can do wonders over time. Start small but try to do some every day!
You could also try CBD oil, it works wonders on backpain.
Get a foam roller and stretch your hips, and don't sit too much
you should go to doctor for sure, for geting help because you can hurt you more than its now
