My gen is 3rd and my version is 4.2.1 and i cant update to version 4.3.3 it says my version is up to date on itunes

4.3.3 isn't released for the iTouch... yet. It isn't released for 2nd gen iTouch. I don't think it is released for iTouch at all, yet.
